Fatty Foods That Make you skinny

Sometimes, you are not what you eat, because if people were what they ate, we would have many people with solid walls of muscles (people who eat hot dogs on a regular basis). Even people who would have eaten pasta would have been stringy and without any body fat and people who had a sweet tooth would have turned sweet but nutty.
However, the world is not perfect, and sometimes, you can become lucky by consuming fatty foods on a regular basis, but you should know about the special ones, which can be great for losing weight. Here’s a list to help you transform yourself.
#1: Olive Oil
Who could’ve thought that the plain, old olive oil can be so healthy? Yes, olive oil is rich in polyphenols, which help your body to fight cancer. Additionally it contains monounsaturated fats and that is the one, which help you lose weight.
#2: Coconut
Coconut has high saturated fat content, but majority of it comes from lauric acid, which fights bacteria and helps to lower the bad cholesterol levels of your body. Additionally, if you use coconut oil in your dietary supplements, you will see reduced abdominal obesity.
#3: Dark Chocolate
If you are a sweet tooth, you’ll love this. Chocolates, especially dark chocolates can flatten your belly. However, to take advantage of this fact, make sure that you take chocolate at least two hours before the meal, and not as a dessert or after your meal. According to researchers, the pure cocoa butter of dark chocolate is a source of stearic acid, which slows the digestion. It also helps you to stave off hunger for longer duration and thus lose weight.
#4: Almond Butter
Despite the high fat content, almond butter can be helpful while you are trying to follow a diet to lose weight. This is because almonds contain compounds that limit the amount of fat your body absorbs.
#5: Avocado
Avocado is rich, creamy and can be treated as a wonder fruit of Mother Nature. Avocados contain not only monounsaturated fats, but also oleic acids, which can stave off hunger. Additionally it also contains protein and fiber, which is required for a balanced diet.
#6: Salmon
Although salmon has a bad reputation, especially with the obese people, yet it can be quite helpful to curb weight when you need to follow a specific diet. Salmons contain the healthy omega 3 fatty acids, which even control the cholesterol level in your blood. Omega 3 acids have been clinically tested and known to reduce the risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol level and arrhythmia. You can even add some avocado and salad with salmon to have added health benefits.

So, now that you know about the foods which contain fat but help you to lose fat, why not try them out and see the difference after a couple of weeks? If required you can also contact your dietician for a specific diet to follow.
